Offices to ResidentialThe number of schemes being submitted for change of use from offices to residential shows no signs of abating and is still very popular with owners of vacant offices (see below). Further consents have been approved in London (various), Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead and, ironically, given that one of the considerations of the notification is the effects on traffic, the former Highways Agency building in Bedford town centre.

Listed Building Consent

Planning permission and Listed Building consent has been granted for a new house in the heart of Wokingham Town Centre Conservation Area and adjoining several Listed Buildings.
