Former Windsor Fire Station Site

Windsor Fire Station
Following the relocation of Windsor’s Fire Station to Dedworth, Carter Planning has negotiated planning permission for a scheme on houses and flats on the former Fire Station site in central Windsor. As a result of pre application advice, Planning Officers concluded that the scheme was well considered and made efficient use of land in the town centre in an accessible location whilst not harming the two adjoining Conservation Areas. Entrance to Newbury Town Centre

NewburyCarter Planning has obtained planning permission for four flats on an important site at the entrance to Newbury Town Centre. The design solution was considered a simple but effective treatment, with render and brick panels which blended well with adjoining developments. (Architects: Oaten Architects)
